Checking In
Royal Holloway has four main Customer Service Points. Please download our campus map for directions
If your accommodation is in the Hub, Reid Hall, Runnymede Hall, Tuke Hall, Williamson Hall, Butler Hall, Gowar Hall or Wedderburn Hall you will need to check-in with Customer Services at the Hub.
If your accommodation is in Founder’s you will need to check-in with Customer Services at Founder’s.
If your accommodation is in Kingswood Hall you will need to check-in with Customer Services at Kingswood.
If your accommodation is in Penrose Court you will need to check-in with Customer Services at Highfield reception.
Standard check-in time is 2pm and checkout time is at 10am.
